Why are there 2 blank cards in each deck of playing cards?
Included in each deck of cards are 2 blank cards that have the same image printed on the back, just like the rest of the deck. If you ever lose one of the cards in the deck, you can write in the number and suit of the lost card so that you can continue to play with a complete deck of cards!

What is the quality of the playing cards?
OzOnDeck is a casino grade deck of playing cards with each card measuring 63mm x 88mm on quality 310 gsm grey-core paper. Two blank cards are also included which can be used in the event that any card goes missing.

Can OzOnDeck be customised for different people?
Although we'd love to customise OzOnDeck for each of our customers, we find that this is just not economically possible. We had a large quantity of decks printed and packaged so that we could offer it to you at a reasonable price. In the printing industry, unfortunately, small quantities incur much larger production prices.

If you are a company looking to customise OzOnDeck, we have a program where your logo can appear on the front of the box for your promotion. Larger quantities only. Contact us if you are interested!

What is your Returns Policy?
All purchases from All Oz Cards are covered by our guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality or value of any item received, please contact us.

Who pays postage for returns?
We pay postage if there was a mistake on our part or goods are damaged. You pay postage if goods are in excellent condition but you’ve changed your mind.
